• There is no 24h registration desk present which is why every guest is met individually, on a regular basis.
• Check-in time is between 15:00 – 18:00 while exceptions being pre-agreed. For check-in later than 18:00 and on weekends instructions for self-check-in will be provided. 
• Guests will be required to show valid ID or Passport upon check-in.
• Check out time is until 11:00. Late check-out is possible respecting succeeding guests or at additional cost and must be booked in advance. Welcome to leave your luggage in our office in case of early arrival or late check-out. 
• Cleaning and a towel change are included once per week for stays longer than 7 days. 
• Extra cleaning or towel change is possible for the fee set and welcomes to be booked in advance. 
• Friends are always welcome to visit however only guests who are listed on the reservation can live in Apartment. Maximum booking occupancy is set out in reservation confirmation.
• Apartment cannot be rented as a party venue or of any troublesome activity. The quiet hours are from 22:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• It is not allowed to smoke in apartment and common areas of the building (including balconies). Smoking is allowed only outside of the building in specially designated areas.
